When I’m not running my busy private practice from my therapy room in Barnet, North London. I am a mental health trainer, providing mental health support for many individuals who can’t afford private therapy.
I’m also the psychotherapist for a progressive company with 400 employees. I work closely with the HR director to help individual staff members with their emotional needs.
I have volunteered for two leading mental health charities in London for many years.
